Wir sind ein soziales Unternehmen, welches sich im Bereich der sozialp\u00e4dagogischen Begleitung von Familien und Einzelpersonen mit Migrationshintergrund spezialisiert hat.<\/p>\n Unsere migrationsspezifischen sozialp\u00e4dagogischen Begleitungen werden in den meisten F\u00e4llen in der Herkunftssprache der betroffenen Migrantinnen und Migranten durchgef\u00fchrt. Falls eine Begleitung in der Herkunftssprache nicht zu empfehlen ist, entscheiden wir mit allen Beteiligten gemeinsam, in welcher Sprache die Begleitung durchgef\u00fchrt werden soll.<\/p>\n Die Begleitungen finden im unmittelbaren Lebensumfeld der Klientinnen und Klienten statt und haben zum Ziel die migrationsspezifischen Herausforderungen und Risiken dieser Zielgruppe zu \u00fcberwinden.
